Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sattvika LLC website, services, programs, content, and communications, including SMS messaging services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Use of the Services

You may access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to these Terms. All content, materials, and intellectual property made available through the Services are owned by or licensed to Sattvika LLC and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any content without express written permission, except where permitted by law.

Accounts and Communications

If you register with us or provide contact information, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email and/or SMS, as applicable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

SMS Messaging Program Terms

By opting into Sattvika LLC’s SMS messaging program, you consent to receive text messages related to our wellness offerings, coaching programs, educational content, reminders, announcements, and other business-related communications.

• Message Frequency: You will receive 2–3 messages per week.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to [INSERT YOUR SMS SENDING PHONE NUMBER HERE]. After you send “STOP,” we will send a confirmation text that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
